1. Payment is expected when the final piece is finished. I will send you a watermarked, low res preview for approval and an invoice.
2. I keep all rights to the work for portfolio, display, or examples on my social media sites.
3. When I post the piece to any sites I will include your @ to whatever site you would like unless specifically told not to.
4. I will do nudes but no lewd/sex acts nor will I post them to social media.
5. Fantasy characters I do include Final Fantasy, Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, etc. I can do a majority of video game characters as well.
6. I cannot do mechs, furries, or complex animals. Mayhap in the future when I have more practice.
7. I WILL NOT create anything racist, abusive, or the like.
8. If you wish to resell any of my art, do not sell it for more than what you paid. I am not beyond calling people out publicly and you will be blacklisted and blocked.
9. I like to stream art on Twitch, but if you prefer I do not stream your piece, let me know and I will keep it off the stream.
10. You may use the art you purchase for whatever you see fit as long as I am credited and the watermark is on the piece for public use.
11. When requesting a commission, I require references of what you would like done and any specific details of said character. I cannot read minds so help me out here.
12. There will be no refunds for finished commission pieces. I update the buyer regularly for approval stages.
